calidad del Servicio Militar, las Reservas y la Emisi\u00f3n de Documentos Militares<\/p><p>b) Incrementar la capacitaci\u00f3n de los conscriptos, mediante cursos en diversos campos ocupacionales.<\/p><p>c) Mantener el Servicio C\u00edvico Militar Voluntario en el marco del respeto a la diversidad y los derechos, mediante el fortalecimiento del Sistema de Movilizaci\u00f3n Militar de las Fuerzas Armadas.<\/p><p>d) Incrementar el alistamiento de las Reservas, mediante la organizaci\u00f3n, equipamiento, entrenamiento y formaci\u00f3n<\/p><p>e) Incrementar los niveles de desarrollo tecnol\u00f3gico mediante el uso de medios con tecnolog\u00eda de punta.<\/p><p>f) Incrementar las competencias y fortalezas de Talento Humano, mediante un adecuado clima laboral.<\/p><p>g) Incrementar la gesti\u00f3n para alcanzar los recursos financieros mediante la formulaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de planes y proyectos del Sistema de Movilizaci\u00f3n
