normalizaci\u00f3n en todo o parte del territorio nacional, permitiendo al personal de Reservistas que conforman las unidades movilizadas, unidades de reemplazos y completamiento org\u00e1nico de las unidades permanentes de Fuerzas Armadas, retornar a sus lugares de origen una vez superada la amenaza de agresi\u00f3n externa o grave conmoci\u00f3n interna que motivaron la Movilizaci\u00f3n preparaci\u00f3n para la guerra o enfrentar una emergencia nacional. Incluye la reuni\u00f3n y organizaci\u00f3n del personal de las reservas, y log\u00edstica del material y equipo para el completamiento de las unidades permanentes org\u00e1nicas de las Fuerzas Armadas, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n y equipamiento de nuevas unidades movilizadas, acorde a la planificaci\u00f3n y requerimientos operacionales del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas
