data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Emisi\u00f3n de Documentos Militares, se origina con la iniciativa de elaborar las directrices y disposiciones para que el personal militar en servicio activo y pasivo posea un documento que lo identifique, por tal motivo mediante Acuerdo Ministerial No. 1541 del 20 de julio de 1992, publicado en Orden General Ministerial No. 136, se logra materializar este prop\u00f3sito aprobando y poniendo en vigencia el\u00a0<strong>\u201cREGLAMENTO PARA LA ELABORACI\u00d3N, CONCESI\u00d3N Y USO DE LA TARJETA DE IDENTIFICACI\u00d3N MILITAR\u201d.<\/strong>\n\nEste reglamento surgi\u00f3 luego de un detallado an\u00e1lisis y recopilaci\u00f3n de criterios emitidos por el Jefe del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas y los Comandos Generales de Fuerzas Terrestre, Naval y A\u00e9rea de la \u00e9poca, quienes junto con sus asesores jur\u00eddicos, llegan a la conclusi\u00f3n y determinaci\u00f3n de expedir dicho reglamento, con la finalidad de permitir a los organismos y dependencias de Fuerzas Armadas, por medio de la Direcci\u00f3n de Movilizaci\u00f3n del Comando Conjunto, mantener el control de la identificaci\u00f3n del personal militar y que estos a su vez cuenten con un documento que acredite sus derechos y obligaciones como miembros dependientes de las Fuerzas Armadas.\n\nEn julio de 1997 mediante Acuerdo Ministerial 109, el reglamento anteriormente mencionado sufre una reforma resolvi\u00e9ndose expedir el \u201cReglamento de Identificaci\u00f3n Militar\u201d el cual se encontr\u00f3 en vigencia por m\u00e1s de 23 a\u00f1os, hasta que en el mes de mayo del 2021 mediante Acuerdo Ministerial 206 publicado en Orden General Ministerial 077 del 20 de mayo del 2021, se publica el Reglamento de identificaci\u00f3n militar que se encuentra actualmente en vigencia.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8a136c5 el Reglamento de Identificaci\u00f3n Militar, se establece en su art. 2) que la tarjeta de identificaci\u00f3n militar es el documento habilitante para que el personal militar pueda realizar gestiones institucionales; as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n emplearla en tr\u00e1mites con instituciones privadas que mantengan convenios con Fuerzas Armadas.<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Movilizaci\u00f3n del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas es la \u00fanica entidad responsable de establecer el dise\u00f1o, emisi\u00f3n y coordinar la distribuci\u00f3n de la misma\u00a0 a trav\u00e9s de los Centros de Movilizaci\u00f3n a nivel nacional.\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Movilizaci\u00f3n del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas, tiene establecido como Objetivo Institucional dentro de su Manual Organizacional: \u201cIncrementar la imagen institucional mediante la calidad del servicio militar, las reservas y la emisi\u00f3n\u00a0 de\u00a0 documentos\u00a0 militares\u201d (Manual de Organizacional, 2018), constituy\u00e9ndose a la identificaci\u00f3n militar como uno de sus procesos fundamentales.\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">El\u00a0 contenido\u00a0 de\u00a0 la\u00a0 tarjeta\u00a0 de identificaci\u00f3n\u00a0 militar valida\u00a0 la\u00a0 veracidad\u00a0 de\u00a0 la informaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de\u00a0 quien\u00a0 la\u00a0 posee, entre\u00a0 la\u00a0 que\u00a0 se\u00a0 encuentra: afiliaci\u00f3n al\u00a0 Instituto\u00a0 de\u00a0 Seguridad\u00a0 Social\u00a0 de Fuerzas\u00a0 Armadas, autorizaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de ingreso\u00a0 a\u00a0 instalaciones\u00a0 militares, grado\u00a0 del\u00a0 militar, identificaci\u00f3n visual mediante la fotograf\u00eda del usuario, tipo de sangre, el tipo de dependencia de los familiares, conyugue o uni\u00f3n de hecho y la Fuerza a la que pertenece. Esta tarjeta de identificaci\u00f3n\u00a0 militar\u00a0 debido\u00a0 a\u00a0 la informaci\u00f3n\u00a0 que\u00a0 posee\u00a0 es\u00a0 v\u00e1lida para\u00a0 la\u00a0 realizaci\u00f3n\u00a0 de tr\u00e1mites\u00a0 personales\u00a0 en reemplazo\u00a0 del\u00a0 certificado\u00a0 de\u00a0 votaci\u00f3n,\u00a0 entre\u00a0 otros tr\u00e1mites requeridos\u00a0 por diferentes instituciones p\u00fablicas o privadas.\n\n<article class=\" bd-article-3\">\n<div class=\" bd-layoutbox-10 bd-no-margins clearfix\">\n<div class=\"bd-container-inner\">\n<div class=\" bd-postcontent-3 bd-tagstyles bd-bootstrap-btn bd-btn-danger bd-contentlayout-offset\">\n<div class=\"box\">\n\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Movilizaci\u00f3n del Comando Conjunto de las Fuerzas Armadas, \u00a0se encuentra permanentemente propendiendo a la mejora continua de este servicio. La tarjeta de identificaci\u00f3n militar otorga al personal militar, dependientes y reservistas, el sentido de pertenencia a la instituci\u00f3n, entrega una identidad al ser considerado como parte de las Fuerzas Armadas del Ecuador\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\" bd-layoutbox-12 bd-no-margins clearfix\">\n<div
